The State of Maine Harbor Masters Association is a member driven organization numbering 200+ Harbor Masters and Deputy Harbor Masters from the New Hampshire border to Canada. The benefits of membership are many and include legislative representation on state-wide issues pertaining to boating, navigation and public safety; continuing education and training on a variety of boating topics; a forum for the exchange of ideas and information with a network of statewide subject matter experts; access to the full membership email list-serve and digital resources; reduced rate participation in our annual trainings; timely industry information from local, state and federal perspectives through emails and shared reference materials.

The annual membership fee for a municipality to join MHMA is $250.00. MHMA hosts an annual conference in March which offers training, networking, and development opportunities to members. This conference is offered at a dramatically reduced rate to members. Additionally, there is a training day in November at no cost to MHMA members.
